In 2023, Ark Capital Group acquired Arbor Residences, reviving a stalled project that once faced delays and financial challenges. Originally launched over six years prior, the development encountered foreclosure proceedings, putting buyers’ investments at risk. Ark Capital’s intervention safeguarded those investments and ensured Arbor’s completion, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to the community and the integrity of Miami’s real estate market.
